About these terms
These Terms of Use apply to Klondike Gold 24K Classic Solitaire Games and its related website, provided by Wade Sisco as an individual developer. Apple-distributed software is also governed by the applicable Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a valid custom agreement is provided. These terms supplement applicable platform terms and do not remove non-waivable consumer rights.
Use the app only where lawful and consistent with its regional App Store age rating. If you are below the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian should review these terms and authorize any purchase. A privacy-policy link is not consent to optional data processing.
Solitaire entertainment; no cash winnings
The app is a solitaire collection with illustrated gold-rush scenery and celebration stories. It offers no real-money betting, wagering, cash prizes, sweepstakes, or cash-out. Gold, wins, cards, and celebration imagery have no redeemable monetary value. A purchase provides app features, not an opportunity to win money or property. Ordinary shuffled deals are not guaranteed solvable; assisted Finish is distinct from solving through ordinary legal moves.
Free edition, one-time unlock, and refunds
The free edition includes all six game modes and advertising. Full Game Unlock is an optional one-time, non-consumable purchase that removes in-app banners, interstitials, and Settings house promotions and opens all current wallpapers, personal background photos, and ten camp celebrations. It is not a subscription or a consumable coin pack.
The App Store purchase sheet displays the applicable local price and terms. Apple processes payment, taxes, transaction approval, and refund eligibility. Restore Purchases is available in the unlock screen for an eligible purchase using the appropriate Apple account. A pending or unverified transaction does not grant access; a refund or revocation can remove the entitlement. The free games remain available.
Request eligible refunds through Apple’s refund process. Nothing here limits rights provided by applicable consumer law.
License, artwork, and acceptable use
The app and its original code, artwork, audio, animations, interfaces, branding, and documentation belong to the developer or their licensors. Your use is subject to the applicable Apple license and usage rules. No ownership of app assets is transferred by downloading the app or buying the unlock.
Do not redistribute protected assets, create unauthorized copies or reskins, manipulate purchases, bypass security, exploit errors, interfere with services, or otherwise use the app unlawfully. Restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not override applicable open-source licenses. Only choose background photos you are entitled to use. The app does not publish those photos.
Local saves and external services
Progress and preferences are saved locally. Preserve device backups if you need them; the app does not promise cross-device game synchronization. Deleting the app can remove local deals, settings, and saved photos. Apple purchase restoration does not restore a deleted game.
Advertising, consent, downloads, purchase checks, and external websites depend on third-party services and network availability. Features or compatibility may change, and services may be delayed or unavailable. See the Privacy Policy for data use and choices.
Availability and your legal rights
The app is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, the developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, preservation of every local save, compatibility with future systems, or the accuracy of third-party content. Statutory warranties, refund rights, and other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded continue to apply. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risks, fraud, platform requirements, or material misuse. Changes to these terms will update the date above. Mandatory local consumer protections apply regardless of these terms.
