Who is responsible

Klondike Gold 24K Classic Solitaire Games is developed by Wade Sisco. These pages describe the current iPhone and iPad app and this website. The app is coming soon. Wade Sisco is responsible for personal information handled directly by the developer. Contact pappy@klondikegold24k.com for privacy questions or requests.

The game does not require a developer account. The app does not operate real-money gambling, wagers, cash prizes, or a cash-out system. Its gold, card wins, and camp scenes are entertainment.

Game progress, settings, and photographs

Your current deal, game preferences, audio settings, and local promotion rotation information are stored on your device. The app does not provide its own cloud account, Game Center profile, or developer-operated cloud save. Device backups may include local app data according to your Apple settings.

If you purchase Full Game Unlock and choose My Photo, Apple’s photo picker lets you select an image. The app processes and crops that image on the device and saves one cropped background file. It does not upload your photo to the developer, an ad service, or a public gallery. Selecting another photo replaces that saved background; choosing a built-in wallpaper stops displaying it but may leave the saved file. Deleting the app removes its local data, subject to device backups.

The app does not request camera, microphone, precise-location, or full photo-library access. Its music and river recording are bundled audio, not microphone recordings.

Advertising and consent

The free edition uses Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) for eligible network advertising and consent choices. Google may process IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from them), device or app identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, usage information, and crash or performance diagnostics for advertising, measurement, service operation, and fraud prevention. Non-personalized ads can still involve data processing.

The current app requests non-personalized network ads, disables publisher first-party identifiers, and does not request Apple’s tracking authorization. Network ad requests depend on consent eligibility. In Settings → Ads & Privacy, use Review or Change Ad Privacy Choices when the service makes choices available. Availability varies by region and consent status. Full Game Unlock removes in-app banner, interstitial, and Settings house promotions; it does not delete data a provider already holds.

Ad content is capped at Teens or stricter in the app, including house promotions. This is an advertising-content setting, not the app’s App Store age rating. See Google’s Privacy Policy, Google’s partner-service notice, and its Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure.

App-family promotions and network requests

The free edition may download a catalog and artwork for other apps from ads.wadesisco.com. These are developer app promotions with App Store destinations. The app checks and caches eligible artwork locally and can open an App Store page when you choose a promotion. The hosting service necessarily receives network request information, such as IP address, requested file, time, and technical headers, to deliver and protect the service. Tapping Report Ad opens an email draft containing the creative identifier; nothing is sent until you choose to send it.

Apple purchases and restoration

Full Game Unlock is an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed through Apple’s StoreKit and App Store. The app uses verified transaction and entitlement information, including purchase status, to enable the unlock and restore it. Apple handles payment credentials, billing, and refund requests; the developer does not receive your full card details. Apple may retain transaction records independently of deleting the app. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Support messages and website information

If you send support, ad-report, or privacy email, the developer receives your sending address, message, and any attachments you choose to include. These are used to answer the request, troubleshoot issues, and maintain necessary business or security records. Email and hosting providers process information needed to deliver and secure the communication. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, or private photographs.

This website does not include advertising SDKs, a Meta Pixel, analytics tags, account registration, or a mailing-list form. Its wallpaper-preview buttons run locally in your browser. The web host may process ordinary access and security logs such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, and time. External links and your email app have their own policies.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to deliver and save the game, manage a purchase, display eligible advertising, deliver app promotions and web pages, answer support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Providers may process data in countries other than where you live under their own policies and safeguards. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or service security.

The developer does not sell support messages or personal photographs for money. Some privacy laws define certain advertising disclosures as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising even without payment. Where applicable, use the available consent controls or contact the developer to exercise a right. A non-personalized request setting alone is not a claim that all advertising data processing stops.

Retention, deletion, and security

Local game data remains until replaced, reset through the app where supported, or removed when the app is deleted, subject to backups. Choosing a new background replaces the cropped photo file; the app keeps no photo history or gallery. Purchase records are managed by Apple. Provider advertising, consent, diagnostic, and server logs follow the respective provider’s policies and operational needs.

Support correspondence is kept as reasonably needed to resolve your request, prevent abuse, preserve required records, or meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of information directly controlled by the developer, subject to lawful retention exceptions. Website and app-family downloads use HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict, or object to certain processing, withdraw applicable consent, or opt out of qualifying sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. You may also be able to complain to a relevant data-protection authority or appeal a decision where law provides that right. Send a request to pappy@klondikegold24k.com. State the app name and request; provide only information needed to identify the records. The developer may verify identity proportionately before disclosing or deleting records.

You can change eligible ad choices in Settings → Ads & Privacy, stop using optional photo backgrounds, manage Apple purchase and backup settings, or delete the app. There is no developer account to close. For records controlled independently by Apple or Google, use their privacy controls or contact them directly.

Children, updates, and contact

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly solicit their personal information. Follow the App Store age rating in your region; it is separate from the advertising ceiling. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to the developer, contact pappy@klondikegold24k.com so the matter can be reviewed and appropriate deletion arranged.

This policy may change as features or services change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be described through an appropriate notice. For help using the app, visit Klondike support.
