Include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS/iPadOS version, app version/build, the game mode, and what you expected versus what happened. A screenshot is optional; hide personal information first. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, or your private background photo. No response-time guarantee is made.

Games, controls, and saved progress

All six modes are included free: Klondike draws one, Classic draws three, FreeCell uses four free cells, Spider uses one suit and eight runs, Pyramid pairs cards totaling thirteen, and Tri Peaks follows adjacent ranks. In New Game, choose a tile and tap Deal Me In.

Settings → Game Controls contains Easy Taps, Hold & Drag Cards, and Easy Warm-Up. Easy Warm-Up affects new deals and does not reset the current game. Hints suggest a possible action; Undo revisits a move. Finish collects remaining cards for an assisted ending, including covered and stock cards. Undo can restore the game before Finish.

The current deal saves on the device. After a celebration, Choose Game waits for your next explicit Deal Me In action. The app does not offer its own cloud-save account. Avoid deleting the app to troubleshoot a saved game, because local progress and photos can be removed.

Full Game Unlock and Restore Purchases

All six games are free with advertising. Full Game Unlock is one optional, non-consumable purchase. It removes in-app banners, interstitials, and Settings house promotions and opens every wallpaper, personal-photo backgrounds, and all ten celebrations. It is not a subscription.

1. Open Settings and the highlighted full-app unlock entry to reach Unlock Everything.
2. For an existing purchase, tap Restore Purchases using the Apple account that made the purchase.
3. Use a working connection and allow Apple’s account or purchase dialogs to finish. If a product or entitlement check fails, use the retry control shown on the unlock screen.
4. If a purchase is pending approval, wait for Apple’s decision rather than repeatedly buying. A refund or revocation can remove the entitlement.

The actual local price appears on Apple’s purchase sheet; the current US configuration is $7.99. For billing or an eligible refund, use Apple’s refund help. Support does not need your payment credentials.

Wallpapers and personal photos

Settings → Edit Theme opens the wallpaper collection. Klondike Valley is included free. The other twelve illustrated scenes and My Photo require Full Game Unlock. If access cannot currently be verified, the default scene keeps the game usable.

With the unlock, select My Photo, choose an image, and position it with drag and pinch zoom beneath the crop window. Save Background applies it; Cancel keeps your previous background. Only one cropped photo is stored locally, with no photo history. Selecting another photo replaces it. A built-in theme can stop displaying the image without erasing the saved file; deleting the app removes local data, subject to backups.

Music, river sounds, and celebrations

Settings → Music & Audio has independent controls for River Ambient Sounds and Music, plus separate volume sliders. Choose Klondike Adventure, Outback Country, Casino Jazz, or Mellow Casino. Both channels begin off. The speaker shortcut mutes or restores both while retaining their individual choices.

If sound is silent, check the app switches, the volume sliders, the device’s Silent mode, and the current audio output. Audio pauses in the background, during interruptions, and for audible/full-screen ads. After headphones disconnect, use Resume Audio when offered. Retry Audio is available for a recoverable playback error.

Cabin Band and Bear Chase are included free; the unlock adds all ten stories. With Reduce Motion enabled, the moving celebration is skipped and the game chooser opens. The app also adapts its visual highlights for reduced motion.

Ads, consent, and reporting a concern

Open Settings → Ads & Privacy to review the policy, eligible consent choices, and advertising status. Where available, select Review or Change Ad Privacy Choices. Availability depends on region and service status. Network failure should not prevent card play; a missing full-screen ad does not stop navigation.

The free edition may show banners and occasional promotions at navigation or deal breaks, with a three-minute opening grace and at least three minutes between full-screen promotions. MA ads are blocked by a Teens-or-stricter content ceiling. This ceiling is separate from the app’s store age rating. The current app disables personalized network requests and publisher first-party identifiers.

For app-family promotions, Report Ad opens an email draft with the ad identifier. For another ad concern, email support with the approximate time, ad name or advertiser, and an optional screenshot with private information hidden. Do not tap a suspicious ad to gather more details. Compatibility and availability

Klondike Gold 24K is coming soon for iPhone and iPad with iOS/iPadOS 17 or later. The core card games, bundled art, and audio work locally. App Store purchases/restoration, advertising, consent updates, and downloaded app promotions need their respective network services. This website provides information and rules, not browser gameplay.
